Pros
The employees you will support are great, and the benefits are sufficient
Cons
Management is at an all time low. Weekly performance reviews, constant meetings. You will be hired as Tier 1 and will be expected to do Tier 1-3 + Sysadmin responsibilities with no compensation/room to grow. The work you put in does not get recognized and manager will sometimes steal credit for the work you did. No higher level support as managers have no hands-on experience with desktop support. Avoid working here at all costs.
