The senior management, directors and atmosphere

Never have I worked for a company that offers less support, development or opportunity for employees. Not only do you have to face the daily degradation of working for owners who have little or no leadership skills it is impossible to get past their gatekeepers of a middle management team. Instead of recognising talent and potential within the existing workforce the solution is to summarily dismiss existing staff and replace them with new models or 'consultants' with irrelevant experience. Time and time again good people are lost because management don't bring on and develop potential. A dead end company with dead end opportunity, useless HR and no idea of what they're doing.
