A good place to find friends but surely not for work.
Pros
Staff are very friendly and helpful. They will guide you through your work except when had to work on weekends.
Cons
Salary is low and will suggest salary cuts too if they want to. Work politics due to husband(ceo) and wife as the owner. Both cannot be disagreed. Cannot take advice. There are no managers, just the two micromanage everyone. Used to have a few managers but when managers do their job, partly they got removed/resigned/left due to above reason. Everyone is a sales person. Some staffs had to use their own property to finish their work. The two will threaten to sue staff to eliminate them or when they disagree or when they feel challenged. No JD as the ceo don't want to implement. Very unprofessional in handling clients and meeting. You will hardly gain any experience in this company. No medical benefit. No annual leave for contract staff. Retention rate is abysmal. No career growth.
