Pros

Engineers and Artists are hard workers, however they don't get compensated very well for their work.

Cons

The owners lie and manipulate to the employees. They promise, but don't deliver! They speak ill of the majority of employees, they praise you to your face and throw you under the bus the next moment. The owners believe they are your parents and you are paid to be their children. In the weekly news letter the owner signs "Dad". The owners of Robots and Pencils have a very abusive attitude toward you, the employee. They refer to employees a their "slaves". If you confront them on something, or question them they get mad and refuse to speak to you. They will degrade your work and find fault with it and will let others know the wrong you may have down. If you want to feel bad about yourself and your work and want to be ultimately verbally abused come and work for this company. To the current employees, run fast and far to get away from this company that was at one point going somewhere, now it is only getting worse!

Pros

Are there any? Some smart interesting people who genuinely care about their work, who unfortunately end up burnt out. Office was originally nice but was crowded.

Cons

Worst experience of my life. Frequent midnights. Bragging about 80 hour weeks. Like has been mentioned before ... insane egos in management, non existent processes. If I could go back in time and never accept this job, I sure wish I could.

Pros

Interesting and challenging work, generally excellent and talented team-members (excluding management and executive)

Cons

Complete lack of integrity where actual corporate practices are in direct opposition to documented corporate policies. Antiquated corporate approach cloaked in buzzwords and future-speak; general disdain and suspicion towards employees from management; nepotism; lacking diversity; a sales mentality totally preoccupied with optics; myopic and harmful performance standards.
