      Pros

      At first the company seems great.

      Cons

      Extremely poorly run operation. Operations and plans change on a weekly basis. Many under qualified individuals in key positions. They do not know how to leverage outside talent (talent outside of the family) The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life.

      This is an interesting review. This specific individual signed a non-compete, but then started his own business in order to do engineering for a main competitor... The very interesting things is this company was started in his wife's name so we wouldn't notice, 3 months before he quit working for us. Subsequently RoboVent filed suit and the court immediately issued him a "stop-work order" since it was so blatant. Clearly this review is a retaliation attempt.

      Pros

      The best thing about RoboVent is that it is clearly a very high class successful company and that translates through to the employees. Everyone in the organization has a passion for the brand and it shows. The company runs on performance and output and everyone feels equally as important. RoboVent's management team blends in and works with thier teams, there is no big managers offices or big desks.

      Cons

      Not a lot of bad things about RoboVent. A few minor cons would be that Every once in a while the free lunch is something you don't like, but then again who gets free lunch ( and generally its high end food) And sometimes the Cafeteria fridge is out of RedBull and Gatorade. But then again its free which is good.

      Pros

      Some of the people are decent and hard working. When you start to get in the office, that’s where the problems begin

      Cons

      Poor management, always waiting for material to be delivered on the job, full of surprises, no where to move up in the company, Need more help when your out on the road. It would be an awesome company if they could actually get there act together and work as a Team instead of hiring a bunch of people off the street who know nothing about management.
