      Pros

      Good freedom of work and growth is very quick. Lot of new things to learn in growing domain of AI and automation and manufacturing

      Cons

      No Cons as such. If you're a self-driven person it is good. Not recommended for people who need continuous follow ups. They will not entertain.

      Enough capital invested Descent office infrastructure

      Cons

      Very poor management. Not able to fulfill technical aspects committed to client. No idea of research and development process. More politics then actual work. Chief technical officer self does not have any logical explanation, only excuses.
