Very family oriented I loved it.
Cons
Long hours, I remember one time getting home at almost 2am doesn’t happen all the time but the long hours do 830 am (when we had meetings)9am to 7pm but always stayed until 9 and sometimes u would have to work 6 days a week because of the company goals
