Pros

Busy environment Regular training sessions Great climbing facility

Cons

Management aren't qualified. Centre's are ran on zero hour staff. HR are poor Poor organisation Started strong but now the company just want to cut costs leaving the sites understaffed and poorly maintained and managed.

Pros

-Staff based at Watford centre, genuine lovely people.

Cons

Company completely exploits you. -No work Life Balance. You are on a 40 hour contract, but working around 70 hour weeks (General Manager was doing 90-100 hour weeks) You do not get time in lieu, or paid any over time. There is a bonus scheme which if your site reach targets means you get £250 per 3 months. But this is subject to targets they set. -Your days are around 13 hours long and if your working as part of the management team you will be working these days without any breaks. -Parking is expensive -They promise all the training, but give you none. As a Duty Manager I was unable to even book a simple party, as was not given access to spreadsheets to take the booking. All the software they use, you kinda have to work it out by yourself. -Even after working all the extra hours, you don't even get a thank you. -Not open long, but all ready high turn over of staff.
