Company completely exploits you.
-No work Life Balance.
You are on a 40 hour contract, but working around 70 hour weeks (General Manager was doing 90-100 hour weeks) You do not get time in lieu, or paid any over time. There is a bonus scheme which if your site reach targets means you get £250 per 3 months. But this is subject to targets they set.
-Your days are around 13 hours long and if your working as part of the management team you will be working these days without any breaks.
-Parking is expensive
-They promise all the training, but give you none. As a Duty Manager I was unable to even book a simple party, as was not given access to spreadsheets to take the booking. All the software they use, you kinda have to work it out by yourself.
-Even after working all the extra hours, you don't even get a thank you.
-Not open long, but all ready high turn over of staff.
