      Great products, but post-acquisition struggles hinder success

      Great products with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Post acquisition, BIC had a poor understanding of the product and customers which led to poor performance as they're team tried to "help".

      Pros

      Once was a tremendous place to be. The upside has always been great people. The company has always had greater hires who are all hard workers and people you could spend time with outside the office.

      Cons

      Multiple layoffs that involved no strategy, leaving current employees demotivated. Extreme burnout.
