Pros

people in this company are soft spoken. that is it never join this company unless you have a count of the ex employee count in the last 24 months

Cons

this company boasts of a lot of stuff that is untrue. this year they "promoted" an entire department who has been responsible for most revenue loss and customer churn. the customer success team is led by people who has no idea what the world outside rocketium domain works. if you are into office politics this is the perfect place for you. if you can project your inefficiency as something wrong on the customer end you will get kudos and promotion. working hours here is a joke. they will make you work round the clock there are people who are trying their best but because they are not interested in bootlicking and self promotion they are being ignored

Hi! Firstly, thanks for calling out that you found your team members at Rocketium kind and soft spoken. We're sorry to learn that your experience of working with us did not meet your expectations. We would definitely want to take this opportunity in clarifying a few points you shared. - Promotions: Promotions are entirely a merit-based recognition for us. We've consistently been raising the bar for new hires. The managers present a valid case before the leadership team to promote a team member, which itself is a rigorous evaluation. We're proud to acknowledge that in H1 2022 cycle, 6 out of 15 members from our customer success team delivered high beyond expectations and deservingly earned the promotion. - Work hours: This is one area where the team has spoken highly of across anonymous surveys and one-on-one conversations. Setting up the 8-4-5 model of working years back, was the first step in incorporating the practise. As a growth stage startup, there are days when some of us spend more time ensuring quality experience than we usually would. But, we've always made sure this doesn't become an acceptable everyday practise. Having read your thoughts in detail, we strongly feel there is a large opportunity for us to unearth the loopholes. Only if we can get more insight into the points you've shared, we can target our attention towards immediate pain points. If you're comfortable sharing, please write to us at culture@rocketium.com. Our CEO or the HR team will be open to listening, as per your convenience.

Pros

Very smooth onboarding process. The first few days will feel like a dream come true

Cons

They jump from feature to feature every quarter. This has resulted in not one feature working properly. Anyone attending interviews here should as how many product pivots there has been in the last few years They have fixed non of the underlying issues on the product that has resulted in massive business loss This company counts on their sales team to somehow manage to fool one person in an organisation to acquire them as a customer as the product itself never works. This is the reason Rocketium has such low customer count and they even struggle to keep those customers onboard. This company is floating on the revenue of 3/4 customers only and those are the companies they will only talk about This company only waits for their customers to complain only then they work on broken features

It is sad to see you vent like this after all the good work you did over the last few months. I wish we could have worked together longer but clearly there were issues that prevented us from doing this. My comments below:- • On-boarding process - Thanks! This is a point of pride for us and something we are continuously improving. • Changing feature priorities - We do our best to balance being nimble and structured. We laid out our 2022 product roadmap and most of our work has been from it. It is natural to move on from features after wrapping them up. That has nothing to do with a pivot. • Business pivots - Pivots are a part of startup life and I have spoken about them openly here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1WjLqejldI. We have not changed our business focus since 2020 when we launched our creative ops platform. • Underlying product issues - Like every other product, we have our share of bugs. I have written about this too publicly - https://www.linkedin.com/posts/satejs_worldclass-activity-6900011959706624000-0oje. • Growing revenue by fooling, massive business losses, ... - This is incorrect. Most of our customers are enterprises (67% by count, 76% by revenue). Not only do they not leave us, they expand over time. Our 12-month net revenue retention is 129% and going higher. • Most revenue is from 3 or 4 customers - This is incorrect. Only 23% of our revenue is from our top 4 customers and 40% from our top 10. • Low adoption and incorrect positioning in media - We regularly look at our Weekly Active Users, % of active users, and % of credits used. This helps us identify both high-potential and low-usage accounts. None of this is shared or discussed publicly so not sure of the media positioning you are talking about.

Great culture, Great people

Pros

Great culture: While I can speak for marketing, the general atmosphere at Rocketium is about celebrating wins, overcoming roadblocks as a collective and pushing the boundaries of growth. Great CEO: The CEO is very hands-on with leadership and is very down-to-earth and relatable. One of the hallmarks of great culture. Amazing talent density: There's quite a lot of go-getters and their positive energy rubs off on you Great pay: If you're truly hard-working, care about the team's and org's outcomes just as much as you do about yours, they are quite rewarding. The best work gets the best pay.

Cons

Definitely not a con but if you're looking for a comfy 9-5 like slow corporates, I don't recommend considering moving here because most folks at Rocketium are super passionate and it's being lax isn't perceived well. And at the rapid growth phase we're on, you'll easily be left behind.
