Pros

There are a couple good bosses.

Cons

Most people here want to do Good work, but that is limited by the current CEO & HR who are under the foot of the owner who can't relinquish control to the CEO. With the last CEO & HR, it was a fun place to work. That CEO actually took the time to learn everyone's name and sat in the lunch room with the "lower" level people. No manager or VP is caught dead eating there. A dedicated employee is willing to put in extra effort and do "overtime" as neccessary, but there should leniency if we need to leave a half or to an hour early for a medical appointment! Some people arrive early, if we can't get that time back with a perk, nobody is going to start early if they arrive early, they'll wait to put in the time starting at 8. There is also no working through lunch to get to a medical appointment either any longer, lunch is mandatory.

Pros

Literally the only pro is the steep discounts that you get on proprietary items. Granted, most of those items are made using cheap materials and cheap labor. The only other pro is getting out of there because you realize just how much better off you are.

Cons

-Nearly everyone that works at corporate is extremely clueless -They prefer to put bandaids on problems instead of actually fixing them. -They are extremely cheap and deceitful -They have fragile egos and will not hesitate to fire people over the most petty things. -The pay is absolutely terrible. They won't pay associates over minimum wage and they cut hours without notice. -They refuse to trust their employees because of how extremely narrow minded they are -They care way more about protection plan sales than their employees. -They constantly put you in a position to deal with dissatisfied customers because of their ancient systems.
