Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working here. The team is solid, everyone works hard, and people genuinely help each other out when needed. The pay is good and it’s based on what you bring to the table…if you show up, work hard, and do quality work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. One thing I appreciate is there’s not a lot of BS. Expectations are clear, management is straightforward, and everyone is focused on getting the job done right. It’s a fast-paced environment at times, but it makes the days go by quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re willing to put in the effort and take pride in what you do.

Cons

Not the biggest early bird so waking up early was a big transition at first

Pros

-Pay is fair, raises are delivered -Hands-on leadership and support, great communication -Work through winter -Good crews, they usually get rid of bad team mates pretty quickly

Cons

-Some overly tight deadlines on projects - Can be pretty rigid with policies and procedures, painters with experience can get annoyed by it. -Health insurance is offered but a bit expensive.
