    Great people, great rewards and great opportunities to grow and develop. Wide variety of roles representing all facets of the brand.

    Because of the complex environment it can be harder to get things done. Too many things to do, need to pair down and simplify.

    Continue to overcome challenges and compensate front line fairly and competitively

    compensation (base pay, bonus, car allowance, long term incentives),
    quality of HR team,
    a lot of recent investment in office space
    interesting industry

    Cons

    bureaucratic, lots of meetings and poor meeting discipline makes for frustrating combination sometimes
    constant restructuring
    rigid application of new workspace can be a little much

    Advice to Management

    invest is systems to improve customer experience as well as agent experience
    do not be a slave to quarterly results

    Pros

    Good benefits and employee discounts. Good perks and great people to work with. Fun ambiance to work in and evolve.

    Cons

    Salary raise not improving as quickly as other companies. Limited job opportunities when located outside of the Greater Toronto area.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees and take into consideration their daily realities, especially those in the field. Include a SME as early as phase 1 of a project.

    In house gym
    on location doctor, chiropractor
    discount on services and baseball tickets

    Cons

    the location is not optimal as it is off the beaten path for meet with others as it is Bloor and Jarvis

    I have no advice because I believe this is a fantastic company to work for and am very proud to part of it
