I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work for in the higher level positions. Managers do not micro manage, they allow you to set your own schedule, work from home whenever you choose as long as you are meeting your deliverables. Great pay with an annual bonus which as long as you have the experience to warrant it. Brampton campus and head office at Mount Pleasant/Bloor are spectacular modern facilities.

    Cons

Too much overlap with different roles doing similar work.

Departments do not communicate well, for example two different engineering groups can be working on system planning in the same city or region without the other knowing leading to improper use of limited aerial space & roadways.

    Advice to Management

Better communication between business units would improve productivity
