Great compensation, great benefits, great financial results, etc. I'm a fan of the culture which is constantly evolving to improve employee satisfaction.

Nothing atypical to a corporation as large as Rogers.

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time

    Pros

Rogers is a great company to work for, I work with amazingly nice people who care about their jobs. Rogers truly invests in their employees and offers many options to improve yourself (ie. Lynda.com, development profiles, mentoring etc).
They also offer good benefits that start day 1 (health, dental, vision), and after 3 months you can begin financial benefits (pension, RRSP, stock options).
You also get discounts on a few things, one of them being Rogers products and that starts from day 1 of you being hired.

    Cons

If you don't work for their main hubs they aren't updated as quickly, have smaller budgets and take longer to get most things done if they'll even do it at all. The main hubs seem to get whatever they want. If they fix this issue I'd bump this review to a 5.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your remote locations, we need some love too from time to time!
