Work is contracting for NASA at JSC in Houston at the Measurement Standards and Calibration Laboratory. Good team of technicians and support staff. Working for NASA is rewarding and challenging.

Cons

Rohmann Services is not an employee friendly company. It consists of 4 or 5 people in San Antonio who provide HR services and do a poor job of that. No technical support from corporate entity at all. Poor benefits package, i.e., no 401K match, high costs of health insurance, etc. They will not be fair with your vacation benefits - you will get taken on this. They will terminate you at the drop of a hat.without severance of any kind.

Its a job. Not necessarily a good job.

Cons

As stated in other reviews the company is not honest nor do they treat their employees well. Undermanned and overworked. Its all about money and quantity. Unfortunately quality and integrity are not priorities. Part of that is fault of customer as tail wags the dog @ NASA JSC MSCL. Ironic reasoning for contract award. Office/Personal politics is ugly. Benefits are poor.
