Toxic Manager

Pros

Great colleagues and good food!

Cons

The supply and demand planning manager exhibits highly toxic behavior and lacks any managerial experience. Instead of focusing on her responsibilities, she spends a significant amount of time engaging in gossip and taking frequent coffee breaks. Additionally, she fails to separate her personal grudges from her work, which creates a negative atmosphere. It is important for the executive board to conduct an investigation into the high turnover rate under her management. The hard work of employees is not appreciated, and the manager frequently takes credit for their accomplishments. Overall, the work environment is extremely toxic.

Pros

Occasionally you get to test out new food.

Cons

Working at Roland Foods has been one of the most disheartening experiences of my career. From the very start, the company's abysmal management structure made it clear that employee well-being was not a priority. Communication is poor, with directives often contradicting each other, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress. The work-life balance is non-existent. Employees are consistently overworked, with expectations to put in excessive hours well beyond a reasonable limit. This relentless demand not only takes a toll on personal lives but also affects overall productivity and morale. Given these severe issues, I cannot recommend Roland Foods to anyone seeking employment. The lack of organization and disregard for employee health make it a truly toxic work environment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
