Pros

- Compensation for salary is competitive and fair. - Technology department is extremely talented. - Motivated co-workers who are hard working. - For beginners in marketing technology, its a great learning experience.

Cons

- Extreme corporate culture for such a small company. - Executive expectations and public discipline for employees. - Lots of "Micro-Management" with tracking and analysis of all employee activity. - No true career promotion advancements. - Sense of trust respect between executives and employees. - Legacy 1980/90's corporate mentality on control, bottom line and PTO - Lack of teamwork in favor of blaming. - For more mature employees, your career work experience is not valid here. - There are managers and executives, no in-between. - Work/Life balance often interrupted - Overall feeling of job security

Pros

-Independent Work -Benefits are OK -Pay is pretty good

Cons

-Management definitely shows favoritism -Lack of training/tries to make up for it with Helpjuice documents but there is no formal training -Managment claims to be "hands off" but will micromanage -Will expect you to work beyond normal working hours It was not all bad, but I did feel like the working conditions were rough, especially in a remote environment, it is hard to thrive in a company that invests very little into building up their teams.

Pros

Free snacks and bad coffee

Cons

Low paying sales job with almost no benefits, except for bad coffee. The sales team has room for improvement in ethical practices and transparency. There’s a need for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture that values diversity and equality. The leadership could benefit from a renewed focus on integrity and fairness to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, employee satisfaction appears to be an area that requires attention. If you like to hide who you are and appreciate hate speech, greed, ignorance and being callled Palestinian trash (I'm from Spain). Then this is the place for you.
