Pros

Ability to work remotely and they are pretty understanding when you need to take off early for appointments and such. Overall a nice group of folks who have been there a while.

Cons

After the sale of the company it seemed that there wasn’t as much direction and leadership. The new management was busy with some of their other companies and it seemed a bit chaotic at times.

Pros

The wage and the benefits don't even matter because the cons are so awful.

Cons

I worked for this company breifly for 3 months when I was very young and impressionable. I should of sued this man, the owner of this company is racist, sexist and completely intolerable. I was not qualifed for this posuition and I was not getting paid what the position deserved. He hired me and he yelled at me everyday and would use personal things against me. He said "I do not hire black people and I do not care because I have the insurance to pay for a lawsuit" , he called me "the help" , and much , much more.... Do not work here. For your sanity and for your mental wellbeing working for this business owner is a nightmare

Pros

Large, modern, clean office. Owner usually never stays around past 2pm because he needs to get drunk. If you can survive the occasional crazy and have no abmition to do any work of value, it's a decent wage for scrolling through a newsfeed 40 hours a week

Cons

You might randomly get fired at any moment based on the mood of the owner (or if he thinks you're dying). Owners son is second in command - he's incredibly ignorant, entitled, and talks down to everyone like he's a genius even though he does virtually nothing and spends most the day playing starcraft (and openly brags about making 6 figures for it). You will never produce any work of substance here - too chaotic and no logical planning. Most the staff could be replaced by a bag of potatoes and you wouldn't notice. It's not even worth trying to go above and beyond if you care about doing good work.
