Pros

Many free days from the company, all periods with increased workload are followed by chill ones, bonus 2 times a year (almost one salary each if you get a good performance review), all team mates are reliable professionals, fun team atmophere, very good health insurance, nice office in Piata Presei Libere, easy to get to

Cons

75% of Kazakh management is incompetent and just making work difficult, salary increase is very difficult to get, no work from home until this year and only for HQs employees, very communist company and rigid internal politics, no vision and direction in general, very little transparency, no dialogue between Top Management and employees

Pros

Great vision, strong (yet controversial) employer brand, sound compensation strategy, credible career path, corporate policies that made sense (up to a point), great team of professionals to work with (whose retention became a great challenge).

Cons

Almost impossible to get a work-life balance, little coherence in implementation of business development plans, little respect for the regular employee, weak managerial culture.

Good opportunity for development

Pros

Great colleagues. Good headquarters location. Good career opportunities. Average compensation for non-management positions but great for managers. If you are a hard working person and you like the fast paced environment, this is a place for you and you can work your way to the top very fast.

Cons

Management changes are made without any outcome and are made due to political reasons. They pay bonuses and offer other kind of benefits only to managerial positions, no bonuses for clerks and/or team-leaders. BAD HR - the lowest lever of professionalism. Now it's a government company, from an ex-soviet country, and often is induced and promoted work in fear of losing you job.
