The owner doesn’t know what she wants. Has intense mood swings and undiagnosed add. She forgets everything and blames everything on everyone else.
The healthcare is too expensive. The ceo and the owner have a very dysfunctional relationship.
There’s zero work life balance. You are expected to make the impossible possible.
It was less structured but everyone on the team is super involved including the founder, who was very fun and passionate. Office is pretty with a great location and dog friendly

I really enjoyed my time working with Ronny Kobo as a Sales Assistant. The teams are made up of welcoming people who are dedicated, hardworking, and supportive of one another. It’s a collaborative environment where everyone works well together, and pay was always on time!
