Cool projects. Nice owners. Good ideas.
Cons
Owners try to do everything and trust no one. Micro management at its finest. Cut too many corners. Get a real office employees don't want to work at your house. Tons of turnover.

• Rooftopia has a great culture and atmosphere. • The owners are very approachable and easy to talk to. • You work hard and have a great time while doing it. • Their book of work is diverse and interesting, so no two days are alike. • They pretty much custom make everything and being a small company allows you to get a hands on experience, seeing how all the parts of a project are put together. • They work with great clients.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any. I truly enjoyed my time there.
