Pros

There are none. If you like being harassed then I guess that would be a benefit for you.

Cons

The worst work environment I have ever been in. Currently I’m watching a supervisor being harassed by management, this supervisor actually does his job. He can be a little too serious at times but he does a good job and he cares about the people he supervises. Management is conducting an investigation into him because they don’t like him. I’ve been told that he has tried to improve the department and attempted to start a union which is now why he is being targeted by management. This is one part of how bad this place is and it’s getting worse. They also regularly make mistakes on your paycheck and they don’t understand normal safety concerns you may have with doing your job. They talk about inclusion but treat everyone differently depending if they like you or not. They treat the part time employees like they don’t deserve anything and they don’t get any of the perks/benefits the full time employees do. I’ve been here a short time and I’m already looking for another job.

Pros

Free tickets (sometimes) most people are pleasant overall.

Cons

If you have any desire to be treated like a human being, this is not the job for you. The leadership will lie about anything that keeps them afloat just another day. The “higher ups” act like wanna-be highschool popular kids trying to fulfill their adolescent unworthiness. Very cliquey. Want to talk to a manager about something relating to the productivity of your job? Good luck finding them, or getting them to give you an actual solution. They will placate for months with no real solution to the problem, and activley make it worse. This company has had the same issues for over 5 years, at least. You think they would attend a leadership seminar at this point. Zero accountability for management, always understaffed, bullying mentality runs rampant.
