      Enough work for the associates to get overtime

      Company expects you to do your job but when things go wrong. No one is there to back me up. Never worked in a facility where the employees do whatever they like. Lack of pay

      Pros

      Decent products, meatballs are quality but pasta has gone down hill.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and clearly have no direction and vision. You are treated as if you should be honored to work there. Managers do not support their people because they don't know how. Lying and deceiving people is a sure fire way to get promoted as the owners don't recognize honesty.

      Pros

      Office and support staff were great as were some of the regionals. Some of the products were excellent quality.

      Cons

      Definitely a company that didn't encourage personal growth as you were stifled by their lack of encouragement and job performance. You couldn't trust their some of their upper management and they were biased toward their family employees thus creating a very uneven playing field for others working for the company who didn't have the benefit of being "family". Very unfair place to work overall.
