There are no benefits. Plenty of other employers who are more reasonable.
Cons
Outdated attitude toward staff. Unreasonable expectations, expected to work for free. 1970s management style. Horrible environment with mistrust between owner and staff. Products are cheap Chinese toy motors rebranded. Hire and fire mentality. Ignores expertise brought in.
