Toxic work environment, old boys club. Tendency to hire perverts and drug addicts. Very top heavy management. Multiple managers with company vehicles doing no work. The workers that actually make this company reputable are usually treated like dirt, underpaid and often taken advantage of. Very high turn around on positions should be a clear warning sign of a poorly managed company. Benefits are good, but really expensive compared to other group Benefits.

Managements need training. Seriously. Some people doesn’t know human interaction well, and RothLochston management has a few of them.
