      Pros

      Good products, large selection of items to sell.

      Cons

      No stock, customer service, accounting support. Sales rep must run the whole business for Italy with no support. When defects in product occur managers throw customers and sales reps under the bus. Blame the customers then ask reps why the sales are dropping.

      USA CEO, decent guy terrible manager. Honestly the worst manager you probably will ever have. Micro management is crazy. He will call/text you at all types of hours expecting answers. Very unprofessional. Also he is okay with harassment (SH) first hand experience. Do yourself and dont work here. Everyone is planning to leave. Probably career advancement because of all of the people thats leaving. Since January 2025 there has been a person to leave every month. No commission or bonuses at all. I was a top performer and didnt receive a dime and was promised.

      It is a young and dynamic company with great growth opportunities. You have the opportunity to meet several people in the industry through the network. They are proud to be innovative company in the sector. Wide range of products.

      Cons

      There are "internal" and "external" employees depending whether you work in Italy in the office or on the road. If you work outside the company you receive little communications. "External" have little career opportunities. High employees turnover in the sales.
