The company is literally handled by kids who have no experience about anything. Marketing is handled by people who have such low IQ. They are not able to reach the target audience just because of their dumb marketing team. They dont know the tactics, they cant run even a single campaign properly. They literally cry for like and shares on Facebook. Work life balance is zero. People are made to work even on national holidays. The founders cry on giving leaves to employees. Coming back to founders, they are the reason why the culture of company is so poor. They dont value the advice of employees. And hence the efforts of people who work hard go in vain. They treat their employees as slaves. I have seen many startups but this one in particular is torturous.

Founders are kids. Don't know how to talk to employee. Just because of this behaviour the size of tech team reduce from 12 developers to 1 developer ( founder :P) in just one week. No respect for female employees in the office premises. Some of the management people even abuses employees on time though they doesn't work at all neither they know how to work. You can find some of them drunk most of the time in Hauz Khas Village.
