Pros

Decent $ Love the dogs and most clients

Cons

A lot of under priced dogs Owners unwilling to work with groomers schedule Will not allow you to do more than 6 dogs a day Micromanages everything groomers do, and how we communicate with the client Forces groomers to work with extremely difficult clients without taking into consideration the needs of the groomers Forces groomers to work with aggressive and over anxious dogs instead of referring to shops Gives too much time for grooming dogs and forces you to stay on route for hours while not doing anything and refuses to move up dogs to accommodate schedule Refuses to accommodate groomers schedules in cases of emergency Constantly moves clients to other groomers schedules, even though they are 'this groomer only' dogs Constantly talking badly about clients to to other groomers and employees Plays favorites among groomers and caters to the favorites
