Pros
Consistent wage like any other retail job. Commission. Quarterly wardrobe choice.
Cons
Commission was basically nothing. It's hard to sell $300 button ups when you know the quality is awful and they will not last. Management is all about image, everyone is pretty fake and catty and they ARE talking behind your back. Was also shamed for not fitting into their pants by one of their older upper managers.
