Pros
The location on Collins Street is convenient. Its a lovely office in an iconic building and handy for candidates.
Cons
Culture and management. It is a very tense, stressful and unfriendly office culture. Rude and abrupt management style, which is a shame because some of the consultants are lovely (and great at what they do). Strict monitoring of emails, "clock on, clock off" approach to breaks (you have to email when you take you breaks). Very old fashioned approach to Recruitment in general.
