    Excel and SPSS are enough.

    Cons

    No one knows Python or R or any other tools. Your skill will be limited to only Excel and SPSS.

    - good work to pay ratio (not hard work but good pay) - shifts are 5hrs and can do after uni and not get home too late

    Cons

    - some supervisors are anal - short break - not enough work

    Pros

    Luckily enough, had a decent team of fellow CATI interviewers. If you do well you will receive consistent work, nonetheless, it is not always reliable.

    Cons

    Requests to undertake other projects or switch between projects was rarely considered. Break times are shorter than the industry standard.
