Worst Company to work for!

Pros

40 days of holidays. Get paid for doing nothing.

Cons

Little to no work happens in the company. The company is in loss because they could not deliver a Ship on-time (by firing experienced knowledgeable workers) and are now freezing projects across all units. Ergo, people working for different projects across units are now being paid to warm their seats. Full of Dutch people who have subtle racist traits. Won't even bother talking to you if you are an international and cannot speak Dutch. The company culture will take you to 16th century Netherlands, reeking with ignorance and arrogance. Good thing though, if you want to take a break from a high-intensity job and have no ambitions to grow personally and professionally, you should absolutely consider joining this company. Paid Vacation. Full of incompetent people who are hired to eat bread, cheese, and smoked raw meat and judge other culture's eating habits. The company has appointed McKinsey consultants to help them save the company, and their only strategy is to fire people (like any strategy consultant).

Pros

40 Days Holidays ~1000EUR yearly education budget up to 600EUR yearly healthcare costs reimbursed up to 700EUR reimbursed for a BIKE, can use it every 3 years Employees are part of a trade union. Industry Pension fund. Group Insurance. Incapacity Insurance. Gym, showers. Wise/Common Sense Management. A lot of open positions within the company, internal mobility is very easy. International mobility is also possible. Quite a few youngsters running around, big group of young people. A lot of problems to solve. A lot of collaboration with other companies as well as competitors.

Cons

Lunch break not paid. Some type of work is more difficult than other type of work, and they are difficult in different ways. I am lucky to have the type of work where the difficulties that arise are technical in nature and not social ones. So no other cons for me.
