      Opportunity for a pay raise every six month depending on your performance at work. Anywhere from 0.25 or $2.00

      Cons

      CEO micromanages everything!! Every call, every bathroom break, every minute of everyday like he owns you. No chance to move up or be promoted to anything in the corporate office.
