Pros

None. It was not a positive experience.

Cons

The Royal Law Firm is an extremely toxic place to work. They treat their associates terribly- denying time off that was previously approved, making them work obscene hours, no reimbursement for travel. They claim to want to empower women, but that is all a lie. They will try to gas light you into believing all new associates at other law firms are treated this way. Not true! The boss only cares about herself.

Abusive Law Firm

Pros

Woman owned law firm but does not support women. The irony of this “management-side employment law” firm doing the BARE MINIMUM and arguably crossing the line into illegal would be hilarious if it weren’t to the detriment of so many young attorneys THIS IS AN EMPLOYMENT LAW FIRM- several reviews seem to be for something else

Cons

Abusive environment, Constant gaslighting, demand for appearance of hard work even if there is not enough work to do, pressure to bill more time and at higher rates than actually spend, employees are treated as non-human and all complaints are met with the line that it is like that everywhere. This firm prays on young lawyers, it is not like this everywhere and you can find better and will be happy someday.
