Salary was good at the start. 2 factories full of machines, a lot to learn about the rubber thread industry and extrusion & latex compounding technology

Cons

High turnover rate as you are constantly redesignated to do other people's work. A 2 hour job takes 2 to 3 days or even more than a week to get started. Foreign workers are rarely motivated to do work beyond the minimum
