* has fun and cool projects * provide food at the office for all employees (sometimes)
Cons
* work stress and pressure can be quite high. * Demeaning bosses with no respect or considerations whatsoever to the employees. * Really strict policies on leaves. * No incentive other than the agreed salary. * highly unorganized. * no mentoring for freshers.
