No room for growth Management have no problem firing people just to hire new people with no experience at a lower pay

Owner is a micro manager, asks sales and regular staff to tell customers false status updates to customers. Was told to tell a customer to have them remove down a negative review, or that customer wouldn't even get the products that they themselves already paid for. Whole operation is incredibly disorganized, they have wheels from months ago that they haven't even STARTED yet. They hire and fire people in the production warehouse like it's a revolving door. They will also use other company names like Processing & Shipping LLC to attract people in because the Rucci name has been tarnished so much because of the owner's lousy attitude. Will low ball you with a salary offer unless you beg them for a raise. They will expect the moon out of you and show no appreciation afterwards. Stay away, far away.
