Wow where do I begin. I was given empty promises of great work experience, great pay, and creative freedom. All of that was false. As soon as I started working I was put on a big project where two salesmen micro managed me with mixed directions which resulted me being beyond stressed out on the second day. SECOND DAY. So you think with all this pressure of getting this project done, it will be printed and up in the store the following week. WRONG. They literally put my hard work on the back burner because they were waiting on the "Client's Approval".
So after 2 weeks of stressful labor, it's pay day. Get ready for a whole lot of dissapointment when Jill says "Oh we are waiting for the bank to approve our payrolls" or "Waiting on clients to pay us"......OR my favorite excuse "Hey no worries your money is coming". Watch out for this woman, Jill Ruitenberg, she may seem sweet and kind, but she is a lying snake in the grass.
One lie she openly told me and my coworker that she was at a wawa and someone stole a check (right out of her pocket) for the workshop workers. Yeah I know sounds ridiculous right? She explained that to us while she begged us not to quit due to not being paid. Another lie she told to a potential client was that me and my coworker have been working there ever since 2015. She just wants to keep on the lies to her workers and clients so she can make money while the rest of us suffer. And when people leaves the company she just keeps hiring more people giving them the same empty promises. I know that's insane!
So yes, seeing how this company has more cons than pros.....I am sorry but I suggest on looking for other jobs than this place because working for this company was a BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!! Hope this was an eye opener and you deserve so much better.
