      Pros

      - A leader who not only listens to his people, but solicits their input on a regular basis. - A culture that is simply unmatched. You wont find a better place that expects high performance where the entire team will support you to get there.

      Cons

      I can only think of one (medical benefits) but know the company is constantly looking at all benefits as they grow and build momentum.
