- Focus on constantly improving the company's culture: Runa's mission is to improve the employees' lifestyle around the world, so the company is constantly asking us for ways to improve its own internal culture. Employees at Runa are called "Runitos" and there's a real sense of an open and collaborative community - Remote friendly: Runitos are based all over the world, having flexible location and working hours - Flexible paid time off: depending on your team there are certain "rules" but it's pretty flexible across the board - Employees can vote on the company' benefits: the latest most voted benefit was half-off Fridays once a month - Diverse teams: many workers have different backgrounds (more so outside of the Sales Team) Theres is a sense of community and shared resilience - Customer centric company: new products and services offered are designed based on the customer's needs. The company is focused on growth (sales targets are aggressive) but also on retaining and adding value to its current customers - Building something bigger than just a platform: the company is invested in building a driver to do things right for employees. From getting them their salaries right, to benefits that will extend to their families. The platform makes it easier for small and medium businesses, and accounting firms. -Management team is transparent: with the good, the bad, and the ugly, we get access to the company's numbers and usually all the tams are transparent with sharing their success and their problems

It's been a great place to grow and learn constantly. We are evolving constantly and there is an openness to hear suggestions and continue to improve. There is good transparency and communication from leadership as changes are made and about the status of the company. Leadership cares about the employees and tries to handle all situations in the most human way possible. Remote work is nice, and there is a solid sense of community within the team even though we do not see each other in person very often.
