      Pros

      Discounts on products, occasional free products, race entries.

      Cons

      Starting salary is extremely low, mostly start at minimum wage. Hard to sell products when stores never receive inventory and orders take too long, so customers order elsewhere. Store managers take advantage of the schedule and leave the store short staffed.

      A smaller team and company makes for an overall simpler structure and a good place to work. Managers are kind and receptive of feedback of any kind.

      Depending on which location you work at, management can be less than ideal
