1. All the new management and decision-making people have no experience in the segment the company works with, so there is a lot of experiments going on. 2. Every year the company claims to have a clear strategy, but everyone knows it will change the following year according to some new priority the top management discovers. 3. Company is losing competitiveness because of being super slow to develop things, therefore unable to grow. The company not growing = No professional or salary growth for employees.

A total lack of vision of what market demands (product, technology, partnership, etc). Hardware is nothing special and more expensive compared with similar products, which makes difficult to compete. The strategy is based on collect the angry clients from another competitors. Too much time to develop new products (HW and SW). Some business ideas can be good, but company has a total lack of ability to deploy them successfully. Market is too competitive and company too narrowed view. There is a high level of arrogance in how company presents in the market. At the level of management, the arrogance is just suffocating, however, management is often lost, or even worst, totally careless, and very often deaf to what workers are saying.
