Hugely toxic work environment. Management don't have your back, they point fingers at their staff and pass blame. The creative department work is never done so expect a lot of overtime hours - especially when they want to redesign everything because management have changed their minds. Speaking out will give you a black make and you'll be out of there. They do redundancies ever few years and all my friends are no longer there because at some point they all got made redundant. Not financially stable. Don't expect a pay rise so negotiate good terms when you start with them.

Not the nicest work environment. Management control with a tight iron fist. Employees leave all the time very disgruntled with the work environment and treatment. I have seen some abominable acts on managements behalf. Design jobs used to be better but everything is copied now, the career progression is limited to nil in this aspect. They don't like to hire in house but like to get in outside newbies who are ofter overwhelmed at the start.
