Pros

Product pipeline has quite a few which may sustain the business.

Cons

Need to clock in / clock out during mandatory 5 days work in office. No sick leave allowed during probation period - if you get sick, need to deduct pay and take no pay leave. If the management does not like you, they post a job online for your same role without informing you.

Pros

the average market compensation is based on the heavy work loading, and for a star up company, don't allow the employee to discuss and improve the company process is a fatal flaw

Cons

The success of a company is not just relying the individual's hardworking, but the main reason is the company strategies' success. current management team can't give the strategy advice to achieve the success, this is limited by the company's culture and management style.

Pros

None to mind as far as I know

Cons

I recently had the misfortune of being associated with a company that epitomizes everything that can go wrong in an organization. From poor management and lack of leadership to a complete absence of goals, targets, and direction, this company was a masterclass in incompetence. First and foremost, the management team appeared to be completely clueless about how to run a company effectively. Their decision-making process seemed random, with no clear strategy or vision in sight. It felt like they were making up plans on the fly without considering the long-term consequences. The lack of leadership trickled down to every level of the organization, leaving employees feeling lost and uncertain about their roles and responsibilities. It seemed like the company had no idea what it wanted to achieve or how to measure success. Without clear objectives, employees were left wandering aimlessly, unsure of what they were working towards. It's no surprise that productivity suffered greatly, as there was no sense of purpose or motivation. Furthermore, the overall lack of direction was evident in the company's decision to hire individuals who knew next to nothing about their respective roles. It was baffling to witness the incompetence on display, as these employees struggled to perform even the most basic tasks. It became painfully obvious that the company prioritized quantity over quality when it came to hiring, resulting in a team of ill-equipped individuals. In conclusion, my experience with this company was a complete disaster. The poor management, lack of leadership, directionless decision-making, and inexperienced employees all contributed to an environment that was unproductive and frustrating. It's evident that the company lacks a clear vision and the necessary competence to succeed. I
