It takes so much longer for a female consultant to become manager as compared to male counterpart. - Promotion based on relationship (mostly) - CEO is biased towards good looking people and Norwegian (talks more passionately and more to female employees during events e.g Christmas dinner.). If you are average looking dude, forget it. Move on. ;) - Consultants earn more than Analyst. - Overtime is common - Not suitable for people with family - Awful pension scheme - Compensation is not in par with the hours put in and market. - Send mostly Norwegians as expats to overseas markets.
