Things were very secretive from management. Not much transparency and many of us felt taken advantage of.

We get to help students have a great experience. Sharing it with their entire class. Travel, new culture, meeting new friends, celebrating etc! I get to experience the before planning and promoting, I then get to see it follow through on destination which is amazing and continue to hear memories years later.

Cons

There can be long hours at times.
