Pros
I worked with a great art department in the beginning. The original team when I began there was terrific and I learned a lot from them, but when key people were terminated it went down hill quickly.
Cons
When higher management terminates people they fill those roles with people from within the company who are not qualified for those positions rather than hiring experienced people from outside the company. This goes to show they do not understand the roles of their employees and the skills and experience required for those roles. Management does not listen to their employees' concerns and expertise.
