      Pros

      You get to work on a lot of pet projects and you get to try things that are outside of your role.

      Cons

      The projects won't finish because you'll get pulled into something else to work on, and you'll still need to do your core job as well. So you'll be really busy, doing mostly nothing of impact.

      good location of the office in central london. some people in the team are nice
