      Pros

      Salaries slightly above market average !

      Cons

      Mediocre top management skills. Unethical, unprofessional behavior by most of the staff including upper management ( except the owners who are not really involved at all) . Complete lack of control by upper management. No visibility . You can only succeed at SACO if you lack integrity and professionalism .
