      Ethically the worst experience of my life

      Pros

      Mainly commissions and false promises never kept

      Cons

      I had one of the worst experiences of my life, never imagining being treated and seeing people treated like beasts. One example? The CEO was asking us to fire people for the sole purpose of ether terror in the company and when asked, "Greg but in my team everyone performs above and beyond their target, he asked me to fire the person I liked the least."

      Great place to start but not a long term career.

      Pros

      -Low-Mid level co-workers/managers are great people. -Great banter based around making fun of management. -Free Beer on Fridays. -Interesting tool with a lot of potential. -Willing to hire without experience. -They have a foosball table

      Cons

      -Management does not follow it's own rules. There is no point going after large clients/deals because management will find arbitrary ways to reduce your commission if they owe you too much. -Severe lack of training, you are expected to sink or swim and if you don't provide results immediately you will be fired. -Mid level managers are ultimately powerless and simply follow orders out of fear of being fired by the CEO -High turnover even among C-Level Staff. -CEO is feared by most people at the company due to short temper, best tactic is to not draw his attention as much as possible (unless you are Polish in which case you have nothing to worry about) -Promotion based on perception and not merit, could be a Pro if you don't mind a little social engineering
