      There are no 'pros' to working here. There are no perks. No benefits, nothing good

      Cons

      Awful pay for such hard work. Very bad management. Extreme lack of organisation. Unskilled labourers. Disorganised supervisors who seem to know very little about the business. Unfriendly, unhelpful colleagues. Terrible working conditions. Doesn't matter if you work very hard or if you do the bare minimum. No one notices and everyone gets paid the same
